  Calouste Gulbenkian Museum of Lisbon is a sight that can not be missed on holidays in Portugal. It is one of the largest private collections in the world, a collection built over a 40 years period by the Calouste Gulbenkian, an oil tycoon. This was one of the richest men of the 20th century.   The monument is a vessel with three sails ready to sail, with sculptures of important historical figures such as King Manuel I, the poet Camões, Vasco da Gama, Magellan and other explorers, crusaders, monks or Portuguese cartographers. They all follow the Prince Henry the Navigator. The only woman represented is the queen, Felipe de Lancaster, mother of Henry the Navigator.
